Chelsea Phillips Property
Website Redesign
Jan 2024 - Mar 2025
At Chelsea Phillips Realty, we believe home-buying should be a seamless and trusted experience, reflecting the integrity, service, and passion that define our brand.

However, our research has identified critical pain points in the previous website, including navigation inefficiencies, unclear property listings, and a lack of intuitive user flow—resulting in confusion and diminished user trust.

This project focuses on redesigning the Chelsea Phillips Realty website to enhance user experience, optimize property searches, and strengthen the brand’s digital presence. By refining the site's information architecture (IA), improving accessibility, and implementing a modern, user-friendly interface, we aim to create a platform that empowers buyers and sellers with confidence and clarity.
